Wrapped this one up just in time for Christmas 🎄✨ on Isle of Palms, and it’s the kind of project that reminds us why we love what we do.
This home got a full, thoughtful refresh — inside and out — tailored exactly to how the client lives and uses their space.
From a custom built-in fireplace with mantel and trim, paired with a one-of-a-kind built-in bookcase designed specifically for their needs, all finished with a pristine, furniture-grade paint… to the details that truly elevate a coastal home.
We:
• Refinished front & rear Ipe decking, sanding it back to life after years of weathering
• Rebuilt stair railings front and back
• Installed cable railing in the rear to maximize those ocean views
• Repainted all exterior trim and white finishes
• Repaired and rebuilt any rotted or weather-damaged wood
• Installed a custom operable aluminum shutter system — privacy when you want it, hurricane protection when you need it
• Rescreened the porch and brought the rear porch Ipe back to a like-new finish
Every detail mattered. Every decision was intentional. And the result is a home that feels refreshed, protected, and ready for many more coastal seasons ahead.
