Service Policy Regarding Limited Septic Tank Access
At our company, we are committed to providing honest, professional septic service to every customer.
To properly inspect and pump a septic tank, all required access lids must be fully exposed prior to our arrival. When a tank is not completely uncovered, our ability to visually inspect the tank and verify that it has been fully emptied may be limited.
In situations where:
* The septic tank is not fully exposed,
* Inlet or outlet lines are obstructed,
* Internal components are not visible, or
* Existing system issues prevent a complete inspection.
Service is performed based on the conditions accessible at the time of the visit.
Because of these limitations, we cannot guarantee the condition or performance of the septic system after service, and refunds or complimentary return visits will not be provided for issues related to:
* Hidden blockages,
* Structural defects,
* Improper exposure of the tank,
* Normal tank refilling from household use, or
* Other pre-existing system problems.
Septic tanks naturally refill as water is used in the home. The presence of liquid in the tank after pumping does not indicate that the tank was not serviced properly.
If a customer requests a return visit, the tank must be fully exposed before our arrival. Additional service charges may apply if further pumping, jetting, or repairs are needed.
We appreciate your understanding and your cooperation in ensuring proper tank access so we can provide the most accurate and effective service possible.
