Marketing coordinator in our Cedar Falls or Charles City Office location. Looking for a motivated, positive, energetic, tech savvy, organized individual. Must be able to lead and work well with others, and have FUN!
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
Attaining schedules from reps, applying appointments from our customers
Confirming and booking appointments
Motivating and training others
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions on software system
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
Ability to work alone and in a team
Punctuality
Ability to mulit-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
High school diploma or higher

Hours
1 – 7 PM Mon- Thursday
Friday OR Saturday- 4 hours total
Hourly + appointment bonus + monthly bonus structure
