The leaves are beginning turn and the weather is becoming crisp...all signs of a beautiful fall, but not far behind is the frigid winter weather. At about this time you are starting to plan your winter getaway, but have you thought about who will look after your home while you are away? With our "Home Watch" services you no longer have to worry about accumulating snow on the roof, gutters overflowing with damaging icicles or the fear of freezing pipes. Whether it's a short trip or an extended stay away from home, our Team will provide interior and exterior home monitoring services. All services are tailored to your personal and seasonal needs; these services include, but are not limited to the following:
-Walk exterior of house to check for any signs of intrusion, or other issues
- Inspect that all windows and doors are secure and locked
- Verify all interiors and exterior lights are in working order; if applicable ensure timers are working properly
- Retrieve mail and packages
- Visually inspect all walls, windows, doors, and ceilings for evidence of leaks, mold and/or pests
- Ensure HVAC is properly functioning
- Ensure plumbing is properly functioning; sump pumps, check and run all faucets and toilets to help prevent pipes freezing
- Verify refrigerator is properly functioning with no leaks
- Set alarm system (if applicable)
- Ensure smoke detectors are operational

- Snow and ice removal from roofs
- Scheduling and supervision of repairs
After each observation, we will send you a detailed report (and photos if applicable.) If we discover any of the above conditions, we will contact you or your designated contact person. We will remain on site until we receive a response from you on how to proceed. If we do not receive a response within an hour, we will begin the process to remedy the cause if we feel that further damage will result if left unattended
