We are coming up on an employee work anniversary. This will make 4 current employees on our team for multiple years and all but 3 of our staff have been on over a year. Cleaning is usually a high turnover business, and we have experienced that at times like any other company. But all of our recent hiring has been for growth and not turnover.

We work hard to create a work environment to retain cleaners, and our great clients play a huge role in that as well. We look forward to keeping it that way and continuing to provide excellent, reliable and, professional service to our residential and commercial clients throughout Geauga County and surrounding areas.

The first annual Geauga Cleaning & Organizing LLC company picnic at Waldameer & Water World was a success! We couldn't get a pic of the whole team together, but thank you to the most amazing group of cleaners for making this company what it is!

Spring is here! We have some room in our schedule for spring cleanings, but spots don't last long. If you are thinking about hiring a cleaner be sure to call sooner than later. We never like to turn people away, but our schedule fills up fast. We also have spots for weekly/ and biweekly cleaning.
