To whomever is walking the larger dog down Main Street and not picking up after it. We're looking for you.. and there's plenty of video covering Main Street. Once I find a clear enough photo, you will be posted to Facebook, named and shamed. If it doesn't stop, I'll be taking it to the city to address it.

Owning a dog is a privilege, leaving dog s**t on the sidewalk isn't.
