I took over as president of the club 3 seasons ago and Chad and Angie VanDenbark made it such a smooth transition. The club had been ran so well before me there wasn’t much I could do to improve upon what was already there, however, when I became president I drafted a sponsorship policy and presented it to the executive board to help offset costs we incur in keeping the fields safe and playable. The policy would offer banner purchases to individuals, families, and businesses. The wording was tweaked some and ultimately approved. We decided to offer a 1.7’X3’ mesh banner for an initial donation of $150 that would hang at our complex for 2 soccer seasons and then a renewal charge of $100 for an additional 2 seasons. In addition to the 1.7’X3’ banner we decided to offer a 4’X6’ field sponsorship banner for $500 that would also hang for 2 seasons.

The response from the community has been absolutely incredible! I just left the complex this morning after hanging 5 more banners and have 4 more that will arrive and be put up in the next couple of days. Once those last 4 come in the club will have over 30 banners hanging on our sponsorship fence!! 30!! In addition to the 30 banners we also have 3 of the big field sponsorship banners hanging around our complex!!

I wanted to take a moment and recognize our sponsors (below you’ll find a list) and let them know just how much the support means to our club and how far your donations go. Thank you for your generosity and investing in the youth of Lincoln county and the Chandler Soccer Club.
