Team Member Spotlight

Meet Krissy Morgan.

Some people have grit and determination & she has that in spades! Always dependable, Krissy brings a next level of cleaning to every building she takes care of for us.

Krissy joined our team in February of 2022.
First working part time in Chambersburg & now working fulltime in Waynesboro. She has a keen eye for noticeable dirt and knows how to target the spots others miss.

She's a mother, a dog & cat mom and a lollipop enthusiast.

There is power in team work and helping another person by bringing your strengths and sharing it with them when they struggle and then vice versa allowing your partners to hold you up with your weaknesses when you are struggling.

No two people are the same.
We all have things we can be esteemed for and things we find difficult to perform.

The best teams look out for one another first and aren't afraid to ask for help.

Team Member Anniversary

Kara Marshall just hit her 1 year anniversary with us.
She started when we opened a new medical facility and had to deal with a lot of post construction dust. She tackled that effortlessly with a stellar attitude.

They just walk in Monday morning and everything's right. That's the work we do, and we're hiring a few more good people to do it with us.

For over 15 years, Radiant has kept medical offices, gyms, retail spaces, and warehouses across Franklin County clean and ready for business. We need dependable teammates who take ownership and want to do the job right.

Here's the deal:
$16 00 per hour
5:30 pm start time
Set weekly schedule - Monday through Friday
6 major Holidays off with pay
This is after hours cleaning, some positions are solo and other positions are team's working together.

Experience helps, but a strong work ethic matters more.
We'll train someone who's ready to show up and learn.
