These are my favorites

I've been seeing a lot of posts with with pics of food featuring smoked sausage as an ingredient. Now I can tell by the look of the sausage in these pics that y'all ain't never had any real good smoked sausage before; because if you had then you wouldn't be cooking with that Eckeridge or HIllshire Farms mess that I've been seeing. So let me let you folks in on a little secret. The best smoked sausage is made right here in Alabama by a company called Conecuh, down in Conecuh County, close to Mobile. But let me warn you, once you've tried their smoked sausage you will be ruined for life and won't ever be able to go back to eating that spongy, fatty, stuff made by Eckridge and Hillshire Farms again.
