Book your paver restoration project with a company you can be confident will provide exceptional results using industry best sealer and cleaning methods!

Step 1 (Day 1) : Clean all surfaces and remove joint sand and debris using hot water pressure washer.
❗(Using heat is important for many reasons such as being able to clean the surfaces using less pressure, polymeric sand which is between paver joints requires a minimum of 180degrees to reactivate the glue polymers which softens the sand and allows for a safer removal of joint sand & debris than cold pressure washers, as well as the high heat also neutralizes organic growths on the surfaces which is imperative to do prior to applying sealer)

Step 2 (Day 2) : Once all is dry we apply polymeric sand to paver joints which will help prevent shifting of the pavers as well as growth of weeds between them. Once polymeric sand has been brushed into place, surfaces are lightly blown using a blower to remove any polymeric sand that may be left on the surface after brushing. Once we have assured that there are no clumps of polymeric sand on surface we then lightly water to activate the glue polymers creating a rock solid joint.

Step 3 (Day 2) : Once pavers are fully cleaned and joints are filled with polymeric sand we survey the area and clear any debris off surface if any prior to starting our sealing process. The type of sealer as well as the process to apply sealer is CRITICAL to the final result. It is vital to use a quality sealer and understand what to expect from the appearance to lifespan of protection the sealer provides as well as the method used to apply it. Our technicians understand this importance and will display the utmost care throughout the process, our 1 technician will apply the sealer using a sprayer that will evenly coat the surfaces while our 2nd technician using a slit foam roller will back roll each pass made to assure even coverage.

Our industry best sealer is made to provide a great long lasting finish!

Poor sealer application and/or poor sealer can be a very costly mistake, removal of improperly or poor quality sealer may require a strong chemical stripper application followed by hot water pressure washing & use of turbo nozzles which can harm the grass, plants, bushes etc in the surrounding area.

Our largest paver restoration project could not of come out any better! When servicing high traffic establishments timing is always a challenge, we were given a 3 day window between weddings to remove all patio furniture, install protective barriers to assure the recently installed & costly fall plantings were safe, clean all pavers while pumping all standing water(Thousands of Gallons) off the property due to ZERO drainage, safely remove all joint debris, followed by using blowers so all areas were completely dry prior to applying new polymeric sand and finally applying 2 coats of our premier sealer! The results were exactly what management was looking for & done on time as we promised! Landscape designs are critical components to establishments abeyance, we take all protective measures possible to assure no alterations. This amazing property we successfully provided exactly what was desired without 1 plant/bush being damaged!
