Here are a few pictures of damage that can be caused if you hire someone who is inexperienced to pressure wash your property!
Picture 1: This is what we call Zorro Marks. After a few years in the sun your vinyl/metal siding will oxidize. This is a chalky layer that forms on top of the material. If pressure is used it will remove this chalk in places and form these marks. This damage can be fixed, but it is expensive.
Picture 2 (Bottom left) : This is Concrete Etching. If your concrete is too new, or too much pressure is used, it will create these marks it the concrete. This damage cannot be fixed and is permanent for the life of the concrete.
Picture 3 : This is called Tiger Striping. This is caused by not properly pre/post treating the concrete to kill the organic material. This is unsightly but can easily be fixed with the proper products.

In worst cases the whole color of your vinyl or metal can be changed if proper precautions are not taken.
