I'm not being mean or rude so I hope no one is offended. I'm not directing this towards any particular person bc it has happened more than once.. as a matter of fact.. It has happened way too many times and that's why I'm choosing now to say this.. I am running a business. Just like any other. In business you have to invest . I have to make arrangements and plan. When you book an appointment. Please make sure it's one that you can keep. It is a imperative. We cannot afford to make blank trips. Time is something we never get back . We also don't get back gas or gas money. Not only that, we have other customers waiting who may really need the service. They get upset when we don't show up on time. We have lost a few jobs because of this and that's totally unacceptable. I understand emergency situations.. Things do happen ... If you want a quote I will be happy to oblige but.. please .. refrain from booking the appointment until you're absolutely sure you will be ready. To all of my customers. .
