Join Our Team – Independent Cleaning in Ouray County

Colorado Cleanliness, a well-established vacation home cleaning company, is looking for independent and reliable individuals to help maintain high-quality rental experiences. We take pride in our work, never missing a clean and we are growing our team!

About the Job:

While our primary focus is vacation rentals, we also provide cleaning services for private homes, staging homes for viewings and photos, luxury properties, move-out cleans, and occasional travel cleaning. This role is mostly independent, with occasional teamwork for quality control and property checks.

Responsibilities:

✔ Clean vacation homes, private residences, and commercial spaces
✔ Set up properties for guest arrivals (restocking supplies, organizing linens, and checking details)
✔ Perform quality control checks and touch-ups as needed
✔ Maintain outdoor spaces (cleaning grills, tidying patios, ensuring seating areas are guest-ready)
✔ Track and organize inventory of linens and kitchen essentials
✔ Communicate any property concerns or supply needs

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Reliable and self-motivated individuals
✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✔ Ability to handle fast-paced environments with grace
✔ Dependable transportation (driving in winter conditions may be required)

Housekeeping help wanted: Looking for someone who is able to help with cleaning mostly in the vacation industry in Ouray county. Job details include but not limited to are cleaning full size homes, laundry, patio furniture, grills, closet organizing and setting up for guests arriving to enjoy their vacation in are lovely area of Ridgway and Ouray. Attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is extremely important as we are providing a vacation experience not just cleaning. This is a hard fast pace work environment, with an occasional light day to give balance. Good atmosphere, beautiful views. Competitive wages and pay varys on experience and availability. Year round and/or seasonal work available. Good work ethics and reliable transportation are a must! Willing to train the right individuals. Days and schedules can be flexible.
