Hello! My name is Michael Pagan and I am looking for someone to help out in the field cleaning up clients homes, and also with general office tasks when needed.

Here are some things I am looking for:

- Reliability (show up on time consistently)

- Communicator (Let me know when jobs are started, completed and update me on any problems in the field)

- Independent - I'm not going to watch you, and micromanage you. If you can't do the work and keep the clients happy, you're out very quickly. I am very loyal but I don't like to beat around the bush.

- Pay - I pay people based on merit. If you perform, I will take note.

Hello! I’m in need of a personal assistant who is hungry, flexible and a whole lot more organized than me!

I will need someone from 8-16 hours per week to keep my home office organized meticulous, organize things that need to be done, run errands, and perform random tasks that I need taken care of. Basic tasks will be different all the time from running basic errands, to helping me with a pitch to a client, listing things online for sale, etc.

I have 3 business that I own and will need help focusing on. I would expect this position to grow to more hours in the future.

People use all sorts of different vacuums. This shark navigator vacuum is the model of our choice, but we also use dyson. I find they both perform around the same so I go for shark because it’s about half the price and you can find cheap filters on amazon so you can change them out a ton.
