Residential Cleaning Specialist:
We are a home staging and cleaning business in the Cedar Valley seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. We're looking for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional results.
What We're Looking For:
-Previous residential cleaning experience is required. (Must have at least one year of professional residential cleaning experience)
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene
-Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
-Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Respectful of clients' homes, belongings, and privacy
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
-Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
-Perform detailed residential cleanings
-Follow cleaning standards and checklists
-Care for high-end finishes, furnishings, and specialty surfaces
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every client's home
-Communicate effectively with management and teammates
