Say hello to the one, the only... Chelsea Rae Winkel!!
Chelsea holds down the title of Chief Hype Officer & Executive Assistant here at JoyWork — but honestly, that job title barely scratches the surface. She's our all-things-admin, all-things-organized, jumping-in-wherever-is-needed kind of person, and we genuinely don't know how we'd function without her!
She’s an OG 💛 who joined us in May 2024, just one month after we opened, and has been growing alongside us from the very beginning!
Her role shifts from one minute to the next, but Chelsea rolls with all the punches with a smile on her face, an Alani in her hand, and a twerk in her step.
If you spot Chelsea in the wild, she’s probably boppin’ around with her two amazing kiddos, coaching the Lakeside Starz Dance Team or the Osborne Middle School Cheer Team. Like seriously - this woman deserves a cape!
