Hope everyone has had an awesome week so far! We are a commercial and residential cleaning company based in NW GA. We're hiring for a commercial cleaning position in Hixson TN. Details are below!

- $18 / hr starting wage with performance-based wage increases at 90 day intervals
- 10 hours weekly in Hixson, TN, every Monday and Thursday from 4 pm - 9 pm. Multiple opportunities for additional hours outside of this property if desired.
- On the job paid training

The candidate we're looking for MUST have reliable transportation and be available at the days and times listed. No exceptions.
The candidate we're looking for MUST have commercial cleaning experience of 1-2 years minimum.
Drug screen and background check are mandatory.

Good evening! Hope everybody has been having an awesome week.

We are continuing to grow here at Your Clean Freak and are needing to bring on 1 MORE PERSON for residential or commercial. A candidate that is willing to cross train on both is a BONU$! We have hired one, are in the process of hiring another, and are currently conducting interviews and are welcoming anyone looking for discretionary income, or just additional income, to apply!

Our ideal candidate has professional cleaning experience, but it isn't 100% necessary. We have trained cleaners when needed and I know with the right person our system and process is a recipe for success!

We can currently provide 2-3 employees 15-25 hours, with the possibility of additional hours upon request and based on qualifications of experience.

Current $$$ ranges from $14/hr for zero experience to $20/hr for several years experience and willing to work evening commercial shift. Working hours range from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm AND available commercial shifts from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

We offer bonus pay incentives for specialty services, flexibility of schedule, no corporate BS. Instead you'd be working with people that care about who they're serving, and who they're serving with. 90 day review periods with wage increases based on performance.

We’re hiring here at Your Clean Freak for part time cleaners, with hours available for both residential and commercial.

Hours of operation are between 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Evenings and weekends may be available at your request, but we love family time and know others do too so we do not force those hours on cleaners.

We vet our cleaners so that we know not only are you a good fit for us, but that we’re a good fit for you as well!

Experience is preferred but not necessary. Training is provided as well as equipment and cleaning materials.

Starting wage is $16/hr for experienced cleaners with the potential of a higher starting wage based on additional experience. If you don’t have cleaning experience but are looking for additional $$$ we’d still like to have a conversation with you, but you may start at $14 during a probationary period and increased after 90 days.
We do quarterly reviews and provide additional compensation through increasing hourly wage based on performance.
Our cleaners receive tips from clients, those are yours! Bonus pay on deep cleans and move-in/move-out and post construction.

MUST HAVE your own transportation. You must also pass a background check.

We work hard to ensure stress is low and joy is high. We’re looking for someone that works well in a team but is looking to work their way to being a team lead (which comes with an incentive $$$!)!

Happy Friday People! I hope that all are well. We're in summer time and are moving full tilt here! Wanted to reach out to the community and let you know that as we're growing we're looking to spread the wealth and give back. We started this business so that we could give people time back so that they could invest it where it matters to them instead of obligatory cleaning.

for experienced cleaners. We pay very competitively!
Prior professional cleaning experience is a must, and living in Northwest GA is required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
