To Our Most Loyal Customers,
First and foremost, thank you! Thank you for supporting the Catonsville location and Water Works through the many years and seasons. We wouldn’t be here without you.
Over the past few weeks, you’ve likely noticed the construction. We’re in the process of replacing our aging floor heat system. We’ve worked hard to minimize downtime and have done well so far, but it will be necessary to close the Touch Free Automatic for a few days. We’re tentatively planning to close from Friday, October 31st, through Wednesday, November 5th. This is an exciting time at Water Works as we continue investing in our business to provide the best possible environment to clean your vehicle. Floor heat plays a vital role in our wash process by keeping machines, chemicals, and your vehicle within a safe temperature range for product application during the coldest winter months.
While floor heat is a major part of the upgrades, it’s not the only one. We’re also replacing most of the back-end equipment that powers our self-serve bays, installing new state-of-the-art water heaters, and adding our long-awaited new payment terminals.
We’ll share more updates soon about our new app-based payment system, but for now, please note that the Touch Free Automatic Wash at Catonsville will be closed for construction from Friday, October 31st, to Wednesday, November 5th.
