👉 “This is where the name Rotunnos (Row-2-nose) Garage comes from…”

This name means more than most people realize.

Rotunno Garage goes all the way back to my great grandfather, Giovanni Rotunno—an Italian immigrant who came to the United States in 1920 at just 17 years old.

He left everything behind in Italy and built a life here from the ground up. Eventually, he started Rotunno Garage in Chicago—a truck repair shop built on hard work, skill, and pride.

That business didn’t stop with him.

My grandfather carried it on.My father John and his brothers Rick, Ron, and Bob all worked there.And growing up, I spent a lot of time in that shop myself.

Those memories stuck with me.

Today, Rotunno’s Garage Auto Detailing carries that same name forward here in Cascade, Iowa.

It may look different today—but the foundation is the same:➡️ Work hard➡️ Take pride in what you do➡️ Do the job right the first time

This isn’t just a business name—it’s generations of family, sacrifice, and pride behind it.

I’m proud to carry it on—and even more proud that I now get the opportunity to pass that same work ethic and tradition down to my sons, Jacob and Parker.
