Hello everyone. It’s been a short and not so cold winter. We are celebrating our 10 year anniversary here in Ute Pass in 2026. Thank you to everyone who has been with us through the storms, the shutdowns, and the fires. Summer is one week away and we look forward to serving you this year.

Pool and Spa Services Updated for Spring /Summer 2023

I am a nationally certified Pool and Spa Operator and am licensed by the State of Colorado as an llc. I am certified to operate both commercially and residentially under the Colorado Board of Health guidelines as a Swimming Pool Operator.
I am fully insured for both Operations and Liability.
I have been in business since 2016 as Chipita Park Pool and Spa llc. and have over 30 years prior experiance in the Pool and Spa industry.
We are expanding with an additional truck and service technician for the route this summer. He will be certified as a Pool and Spa Operator in May 2023.
We operate 5 days a week Monday - Friday. Saturdays are only by appt or emergency.
We are closed on Sunday

Spa Services:
Weekly service $200 monthly for STR or VRBO
Every other week Service $100 monthly for a typical residential home
Commercial service are on a contractual basis and are based on size and frequency

Route service includes:
Hose off cover every visit and apply protectant (monthly in spring, summer and fall)
Clean or swap out filters. We try and keep two filters in rotation with each spa
Wipe down spa water line
Vacuum debris from spa
Top off water in spa to rec manufacturer specs
Run spa through cycle and check filter programming
Test water and adjust chemicals in spa
We will provide the basic chemicals for the spa.
Bromine tablets in a floater
Both di-chlor and non chlorine shock
Alkalinity increaser
Calcium hardness increaser
Ph up and down
Anti foam
Clarifier if needed
Stain and Scale control
We will provide the salt for a salt water system and test and add for the correct levels.

Additional charges will apply for:
Filters swapped out every 6 months minimum in pairs
Baqua Spa systems
Salt water hardware system cartridges (Hot springs systems)
Spa Frog Systems
Spa Ease Systems
Bullfrog Cartridge systems
Drain clean and refills are $100 which includes the first hour of labor. Labor is billed at an additional $100 an hour in 15 minute increments.

Swimming Pool rates are based on size of pool and system type. Typical rates for a normal residential pool is $150-250 per visit based on hours on call including vacuuming, brushing, backwashing filters, systems check and testing of water with chemical adjustment. I provide the basic pool chemicals for the pool.
I will fill the pool during the site visit but there might be an additional charge if I have to leave water running and return
Opening and closings of pools is based on a labor rate of $250 per hour for two people and winterizing chemicals based on volume of water treated

We are a distributor for Core Covers and all covers are custom to the spa and require a 50% down payment to order. We will site check and measure no charge and quote cover for authorization. We will deliver new cover and remove old cover for a $50 service fee.

Repair service rates are based on $100 on site. We do not charge an up-front service fee to show up. We offer a complimentary 15 minutes of diagnosis time and will provide a quote prior to all repairs. We schedule service visits on the spa chemical route schedule.
Emergency rates for non-route clients is based on $200 labor rate.

All repair job are based on time and materials for the repair. I have been a gold level certified pool and spa repair technician since 1988. All repairs will be estimated as close as possible and will be pre-authorized prior to parts being ordered.

We currently have a temporary $25 monthly fuel surcharge on each location. This will be recinded once gas drops below $3 a gallon.

We are a Boy Scouts of America supporting company. I am a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout leader and have both of my children in the program. I will donate revenue from the company to this organization at the local level monthly. We support the youth in our communities.
