I do residential, turnovers for short term rentals and commercial cleaning. I understand and take the turnovers very seriously. I also have my LLC. All payments must be paid the day of service before I leave the cleaning, no exceptions. Last minute cancellations are a $50 fee as I lose out on other jobs I could have booked and I am a single mother. Tips are greatly appreciated with inflation present. Thank you for understanding. :)
