McIntyres Window Cleaning – Rope Access Division
Casa Grande / Phoenix area

We’re looking for experienced rope access or high-rise window cleaning technicians to help on a large multi-week project currently underway.

This is production work on a complex site. If you’re solid in the chair, understand real-world rigging challenges, and can work efficiently while maintaining quality, I want to hear from you.

Work details:
• Rope access & high-rise window cleaning
• Multi-week project (immediate need)
• Early starts, weekday work
• Consistent drops available

Pay:
• Competitive daily rate or piece-rate (per drop / per balcony)
• Paid promptly
• Opportunity for ongoing work on future projects

Requirements:
• Prior rope access or high-rise experience (required)
• Comfortable working independently in the chair
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to produce clean, consistent results
