🚨 A quick child car seat safety reminder! 🚨

While cleaning a client’s car seat today, I discovered that the harness strap was significantly frayed. The parent had no idea it had happened.

This is a great reminder to take a few minutes every so often to inspect your child’s car seat.

✅ Check for:
• Frayed, cut, or damaged harness straps
• Twisted harness straps
• Cracked or damaged plastic parts
• Missing pieces
• Expiration date on the seat
• Proper harness fit and adjustment

A damaged harness may not protect your child as intended in a crash. If you notice fraying or damage, contact the car seat manufacturer to see if replacement parts are available or if the seat should be replaced.

Sometimes we’re so busy using our car seats every day that we don’t notice the little things. A quick inspection can make a big difference.

Another before and after!

The amount of raisins I found in this seat makes me never want to see another raisin again. 😂 But honestly, this is exactly why I love doing these!Something so satisfying about bringing something back to life and making it look brand new again.
