I had a customer that was very upset today because she was scheduled for a
cleaning on July 5th and felt that anyone scheduled on Monday ( July 4th) should be fit into my schedule behind her because she was a regular schedule for Tuesday. Regardless of the fact that I had to make room for other customers that were scheduled for a cleaning on Monday, July 4th.
Please, everyone, understand that we are all human and time is not always on our side and you are not more valuable than I am or the person whom you dislike. God sees who you are. And KRAMA knows your name.
