We have a small number of clients that we service, so we are able to treat each property as our own. When I say that, I mean it wholeheartedly. We are personally paying attention to details and inspecting the property EACH time a guest checks out (not a team or other crew). We often go ABOVE AND BEYOND with what is required because we care a lot about our clients, and we have integrity with the people we work with. We pride ourselves in providing a high level service that often can't be accomplished with a larger management company.
For this particular property just this week, we troubleshooted the washer issue & replaced it, built a set of heavy duty Queen bunk beds, and put some personal touches to make the next guest's stay extra special. All included in our management fee. If you know someone who is not 100% happy in the way their unit is being managed, please pass our name on. Appreciate it! ✨
