A piece of advice that I was given that helped me get to a better place financially was this

“Don’t get emotionally attached to your home. Turn it into something that pays you back.”

Now my first home I purchased a year and a half ago and I have not made a single payment on my property out of my own pocket and we live here full time! I’ll be making some videos of how we did and I’ll introduce you to the person who made it all possible.

Mind you when I bought the home I was broke, couldn’t afford it, just moved to a new state and had only been here for 7 months when I bought my first home! 😇🥂🐣
