Hi! Welcome to Sisi’s Suds Laundry Co. 🧺 My name is Shelby Stecyk, and I’m so glad you’re here. 🫶🏼 We are a laundry service serving Hamilton County and Carmi, IL., or if you live close to this area, and are interested, message me and we can chat! This post has all the information and details, so hang in there with me!
How it works:
Pricing/Payment: Flat fee of $15 a load with $30 minimum. Washed, dried, and folded. There will be a $15 extra pickup/delivery fee if you choose that option for Hamilton County clients, and a $20 extra pickup/delivery fee if you choose that option for Carmi or other area clients. For now, as we are still in trial mode, I will only be accepting cash payment. If this goes over well, I will set up and accept other payment forms. Payment is due upon delivery/pickup.
Scheduling: I am booking now for services starting May 12th. I will accept weekly or one time/occasional scheduling. Whatever works best for you! Send us a message to book!
Pickup/delivery or dropoff: If you choose pickup/delivery, for the extra fee, I will pick up from you and deliver back to you in 24 hours. For dropoff/pick up, you will drop off at my house, and I will have it ready to be picked back up within the 24 hour time frame. Your items will be returned to you folded in the hamper, container, etc I receive them in.
Products used: I will provide and use Tide Power Pods with Oxi Boost and Bounce Free and Gentle Unscented Dryer Sheets. I am trying to keep products as basic as possible to work for everyone. I will have Downy Gentle Soft and Fresh Ocean Mist Fabric Softener available as well if you would like. If the products I am using do not work for you, you can provide your own and I will get from you at pickup/dropoff.
Additional Info: I will have an intake form and agreement for all clients to fill out and sign before their first service. No oily or greasy clothes will be accepted. No loose items. All items must be in a basket, bag, etc when pickup/dropoff.
