He has been involved in more than 4,500 liners and 2,500 covers. Frank is a CST (Certified Service Tech), holds a builders license in Connecticut, and has his NYS Certificate of Erosion & Sediment Co

ntrol. Frank is a member of NESPA (Northeast Spa & Pool Association) and has taught a few classes for the association. In January of 2018 he taught a class of over 100 students on vinyl pool renovations. Frank is still involved in every aspect of his company. He measures every customer liner/ safety cover job, runs sales appointments, supervises jobs and installations. How often do you get to see the owner of the company installing your new liner or opening/ closing your pool? He’s had customers since the 90’s because of his “Frankisms”. Frank’s customers know he will go out of his way to keep them happy whether it is showing up for an emergency, supervising the entire job, or just being open and honest in every conversation.
