Our mission statement since we opened in 1995,

“The mission of Clin/Wash Ag Service is to provide products and services to our patrons with respect! Respect for them, their needs, and their profitability.”

And we would like to add, “our patrons neighbors.”

In 2017, we elected not to participate in the Extend w**d control program... Concerned the product would not have respect for field boundaries and neighbors’ crops and ornamentals. We have heard from numerous instances where our concerns were well founded. We will continue our respect for the crops and ornamentals of all in 2018.

To our loyal patrons, we say “Thank You” for your support. To others we say, “We hope you would consider a supplier who respects you, your needs, and your profitability.”

We noted the beginning of a stripe rust infection. 🌾🌾

The shot on the left is wheat treated with 13.5 oz/acre Caramba, 2.56 oz/acre Paradigm, and .2 pt/acre Wet-Cit.

The shot on the right is an untreated area in the same field. The field was sprayed utilizing our 3rd generation fungicide application technique on April 26, 2016.

The long range weather forecast (unsettled weather next week 🌦🌥) is conducive to scab infection. Also, stripe rust is being found on wheat in states south of us.

Our suggested treatment will be a tebuconazole based fungicide, which has activity on scab and rust, a pyrethroid insecticide, a high quality surfactant, and the 3rd generation spray technique, for $16.00/acre.
