Our policy is simple: provide each pool and spa with proven cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure a healthy and safe swimming pool for you, your family and friends to enjoy. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in the pool service industry and will keep your pool system running efficiently. I, Soly Thomson, owner/operator of Phenomepool, have been in the pool service industry for many years, am certified in water chemistry, and have had the benefit of working with some of the best in the business. Additionally, I make every effort to remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with any advancement in pool science and technology through ongoing study and by regularly attending pool seminars, conventions and classes, as well as participating in the monthly meetings with my IPSSA chapter. As a repair technician, I also have the experience needed to repair and install your pool and spa equipment. This includes spa heaters, motors, filters and pool pump products. If you want to save money on running your pool I can assess your current equipment and suggest ways to improve its performance. I also maintain commercial pools and adhere to the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health’s regulations. My customers have taught me that by having excellent service, personable and prompt customer attention, fair prices, reliability and loyalty, we will always top the competition. Save your energy for the pool. Leave the maintenance to us!

This is one of the very first pools I took on when I started this company nearly 20 years ago. The equipment served her well for many years… but it was time for an upgrade.

Yesterday Brendan completed a full equipment upgrade (minus pump):
• New Pentair heater
• New filter
• New salt system
• Color-changing lights
• Custom fabricated 4-button guest controller
• Fully automated with Pentair Intellicenter + app control

After all these years, this longtime client (now friend) now has a fully modernized pool she can control from anywhere in the world.

If your equipment pad looks anything like the “before” picture, the cooler months are the best time to upgrade so you’re ready for swim season — and lead times are always shorter.

We’ll also be rolling out some flexible payment options soon — feel free to reach out if you’ve been considering an upgrade.
