I get calls all the time, “Do you pump?”. The short answer is yes, but there’s more behind it than that.
All septic companies remove liquids from your septic tank, but how thorough the job depends on whether they “Pump” or “Clean” your tank.

PUMPING consists of removing the water and some of the floating solids and sludge from your tank.

CLEANING consists of removing all water, solids, and compacted sludge from the tank.
