Our COO, Steven Young, explored that question on TRSA's “Linen Quality’s Role in Customer Satisfaction” panel alongside Matt V***a, VP of North American Sales at Standard Textile, and Tim Williams, President & CEO of Crown Linen Service.

They compared how different parts of the industry define quality and respond to customer expectations. The live polls and audience questions made it even more engaging, giving everyone in the room a chance to weigh in, and the panelists a chance to respond in the moment.

It was a valuable conversation about the experiences each of them shares—and the different perspectives they bring to the table.
