Hello to our Keller customers, followers, and friends! We always want to give you the best customer service at Keller Pools, but also the best social media content that's informative, helpful, and fun. We want to interact with everyone, not just at the store but online too. We've been battling some major issues since we came back to social media, including getting hacked and spammed. We've been trying to overcome these, however decided it was best to just START OVER FRESH! New year, new social media! So, tomorrow we will be posting our brand new Facebook and our brand new Instagram profiles. We are asking everyone to please go follow our new pages and tell everyone you know to also follow. We promise this will be a much better experience for everyone. Our Royal Pool Services of SWFL will still be starting a brand new Facebook/Instagram as well. Positions available are:

SERVICE COORDINATOR (Office position)
Looking for someone with knowledge of the pool industry.
Must possess great organizational And task management skills.
Must possess a positive attitude.
Must have great customer service skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Most possess good leadership skills.
Must have the ability to multitask.
Must have extensive computer skills.
(quickBooks online, Microsoft excel, and word)
Responsibilities include:
*Answering phones and emails, scheduling all service work for service technicians.
*Working with route manager to set up work orders/ service calls.
*Working with Store employees to set up equipment installs, for merchandise sold out of our stores.
*Scheduling, logging and following through on all WARRANTY service work to ensure that we get warranty payments and merchandise reimbursement.
*Ordering merchandise and supplies for all service technicians prior to date of installation.
*Receiving merchandise that was ordered and checking it in with extreme accuracy.
*Verify vendors invoice for pricing accuracy, and adjusting item list to reflect proper retail margins.
*Labeling and staging merchandise in designated areas, for future service calls.
*Scheduling all service technicians, and routing them logistically for the most efficient performance.
*Review with technicians, invoices daily, for accuracy and proper billing.
*Daily Review of all service technicians accounts receivable and all customer billing, Ensuring that all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
*Monitoring and tracking the productivity of your service technicians daily.
**** Hours 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICE TECHNICIANS;
Looking for experienced Pool construction/service technicians.
Job includes new pool construction, renovation of existing pools, vinyl liner replacements And a variety of other pool related construction type work.
Must be able to work outside with little physical limitations.
Must possess A valid drivers license.
Must have a great attitude.
Must be extremely reliable and responsible.
Ability to learn quickly and expand knowledge.
Ability to work well with your hands and operate power tools and construction equipment.
A self-starter, and quick learner.
Someone who works well and efficient alone or with others.
Someone with Honesty, Integrity, and an extreme attention to detail.
(customer service skills and knowledge of Pool construction is a major plus)
**Work week is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
**Start times are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **With some overtime hours.

POOL MAINTENANCE ROUTE TECHNICIAN.
You will be in charge of a weekly pool maintenance route.
Must be dependable and efficient.
Must possess a valid Florida drivers license.
Prefer water chemistry knowledge.
Prefer pool equipment knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot and suggest solutions.
Must like working outside with minimal physical limitations.
Must possess a great attitude and a professional appearance.
Must be a self-starter and the ability to work alone.
Honesty integrity and an extreme attention to detail.
Good customer service skills.
**** Monday - Friday.**With an occasional Saturday.
****7 AM to 4 PM

Water chemistry knowledge is preferred. Must like to working outside with minimal physical limitations. Self starter and self motivated. Valid Florida driver license. exceptional attitude and personality, professional appearance, ability to learn quickly and expand knowledge, self-starter, works well and efficient alone, Honesty, Integrity, and an extreme attention to detail, with great customer service skills.
