when there’s too much copper added to the pool and not realizing it when you add baking soda, the whole thing will turn blue. feel like the vegetation on the tree has created to this, but I could be wrong .So after about three weeks, I finally got the big larger pool of the world famous home here cleaned up at Ursula Neugebaur.

The things you see out on the field we’ve got yourself an Amazon pump with some weird union. Incorrect bonding and it needs fresh new wire from the tire box of the pump. If you see the wire there that’s not code. And of course, the property passed inspection on the pool area. I would’ve failed it, but it is what it is. Fix it up for the customer and sending it for a renovation. 🌴☀️🐊🐠🐢

When another Pool company owner send me a video of a Penair CC 200 band that holds the lid on top of the screen enclosure from the neighbor. So it’s like finding a treasure chest on the property. "Where's Waldo" Where is the lid at?

what a day third day on this job in Marco island and my valve stem fails, but we still gotta get the job done. I was able to get to the tire place before they close and added a new valve stem. 🌴☀️🐊🐠🐢

Special cleanup for one of our star clients, got a little bit of green on some of the corners, steel brushed, vacuumed and added phosphates remover. I’ll be there today and we’re gonna see how beautiful this pool has turned back. 🌴☀️🐊🐠🐢

The patch that was done by a leak detection company has well known around here and they did an awful patch from 2 inch to one and a half with flex pipe then not pushing the fittings properly basically every fitting that was glued is leaking. Basically the whole pool needs to be drained and 8 pipes need to be cut out and reestablish a fresh connection. Wow look limestones that’s from the backfill that they added there for drainage .That made a binding effect with the pipes in there when the foundation fell in to the ocean from hurricanes in past. 🌴☀️🐊🐠🐢
