🧽 NOW HIRING – Residential Cleaning Technician 🧽
Kallie’s Kleaners is growing and looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join us immediately!
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Employment Options:
• Full-Time (30+ hours/week)
• Part-Time
Service Areas:
📍 Lee & Charlotte Counties, Florida
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed
• 7:00 AM until the day’s route is complete (can differ)
The ideal candidate:
✔ Has cleaning experience (preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person)
✔ Has a valid driver’s license
✔ Has a positive attitude and is committed to doing quality work
✔ Is reliable, dependable, and punctual
✔ Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service
✔ Is comfortable working around pets
✔ Accepts coaching and takes pride in continually improving
✔ Can bend, kneel, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the workday
Our work includes primarily residential homes, along with some Airbnb turnovers and occasional commercial office cleaning.
Transportation arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process. Team members typically meet at a designated location and travel to job sites together.
We maintain a drug-free work environment. A background check may be required.
