Housekeeping Policy: Valuables, Cash, Jewelry & Medication
To protect both our clients and our team members, we ask that all valuables, cash, jewelry, fi****ms, and medications be properly secured prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.
✨️ Our Team Policy✨️
Our staff is instructed not to handle, move, organize, or dispose of:
🚫 Cash or loose change
🚫 Jewelry or luxury items
🚫 Prescription medications
🚫 Controlled substances
🚫 Personal documents
🚫 Fi****ms or weapons
If these items are left out during service, our cleaners will:
Clean carefully around them when possible
Avoid direct contact with the items
Notify management if an item appears unsecured or in an unsafe location

For everyone’s protection, we strongly recommend clients:
Store valuables and medications in a secure location before service
Use safes, locked drawers, or designated private areas when needed
Notify us ahead of time if there are sensitive areas that should not be accessed
📌Lost or Missing Item Concerns📌
While we maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity, we cannot assume responsibility for:
Unsecured valuables left in open areas
Cash left unattended
Missing items that cannot be verified
‼️Any concerns regarding missing items should be reported to management within 24 hours of service so they can be properly reviewed.‼️
