Big day around woodstock on day 9 out of 11! (yesterday)

Next week I got another daily adventure challenge planned

Scary goals 🤦 👻

Day 8 out of 11 to run 100

I always lay mats upside down and make sure the BOTTOM of the floor mat dries completely before putting in back in the car

I’ve seen water trapped under floor mats from previous other cleanings SO many times causing mildew and mold growth. Beware!

I LOVE the cold.

Ever since our trip to Montana and plunging in a alpine lake with ice still on it, most of what I think about is being there again 😆

Detailing is hard work. The more I do it the more I realize many trade jobs really don’t hold a candle to it.

I did a 50k trail race earlier this year, 31.5 miles, took me 9 hours. It’s felt just like a sorta long day at work.

I would do it again and again over detailing all day if it was only about saving energy.

The mental load of attention to detail combine with moderate physical effort that’s non-stop is really just brutal day after day. Always wanting to do a good job, efficiently, and make a profit.

I’m not complaining because obviously I’ve chosen this, just consider this if you’re ever dissatisfied with someone’s multiple hours of effort on your car 😂

Shooting for 30 miles this week. Compared to 46 In The last month total.

We’ll see how much I have to eat to fuel this + detailing 😂
