Regular Package (space regularly cleaned, typical build up, normal attention desired)
• Rooms included are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, family room and any connecting hall/stairways. A La Carte rooms may of course be added.
• Cleaning includes:

lat surfaces hand wiped
o Floors vacuumed/mopped
o Doors, door frames, sills and ledges dusted for cobwebs
o Shower/shower doors and bathtubs cleaned
o Toilets scrubbed and sanitized
o Vanity and sinks cleaned
o Mirrors and chrome fixtures polished
o Kitchen range (outside surfaces) cleaned
o Appliance fronts cleaned
o Trash cans emptied and re-lined
Deep Clean Package (space not recently cleaned, accumulated build up, extra attention desired)
• Rooms included are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, family room and any connecting hall/stairways. A La Carte rooms may of course be added.
• Cleaning includes all “Regular Package” cleaning features plus:
o Baseboards wiped
o Furniture and upholstery vacuumed
o Accessible areas under furniture vacuumed
o Tile grouting scrubbed
o Knick knacks and personal items individually dusted
o Cabinets hand wiped
o Inside of kitchen range hood cleaned
o Inside of appliances cleaned
Move In/Out Package (space is vacant, no furniture or personal items)
• Rooms included are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, family room, any connecting hall/stairways, interior windows, the refrigerator, oven and cabinets. A La Carte rooms may of course be added.
• Cleaning includes:
• Flat surfaces hand wiped
• Floors vacuumed/mopped
• Doors, door frames, sills and ledges dusted for cobwebs
• Inside window glass polished (all rooms)
• Shower/shower doors and bathtubs cleaned
• Toilets cleaned and sanitized
• Vanity, sinks, chrome fixtures cleaned
• Tile grouting scrubbed
• Kitchen range (inside and outside surfaces) cleaned
• Appliance fronts cleaned
• Baseboards wiped
• Cabinets hand wiped
• Empty refrigerator and oven cleaned inside and outside
