If you set up a recurring clean they may be cancelled, but we ask that you do so within a 48-hour period prior to the date/time clean is to be done so that we may utilize that space to fill in with another clean. Same day cancellations will have a cancellation fee of $25. We use professional grade cleaning products for your home/business. If you would prefer we use a specific product that we do no
t carry then you are asked to provide that product yourself. For example, we use S**c and Span to do surfaces but you may ask us to use Pledge on your hardwood surfaces. The first time clean for any clean we do is typically higher in cost as we allow for more time on this clean. Prices vary on the size of the home/business and what “extras” are asked to be done. For business cleans we base the cost on square footage so we ask that you have that information readily available when scheduling your clean. For residential cleans you have the option to have your blinds cleaned or bedding changed at a small additional fee, which will be determined based on the size of your home. For bedding changes, you are asked to leave the clean bedding on the bed(s) that you would like to have changed. If the allotted time for a clean is less than expected you will not be charged for that extra time. If the allotted time is not enough and we expect to go over we will ask the clients permission to do so, as there will be additional charges. We want you to be completely satisfied with your clean when we leave your home/business. If you are not satisfied, we ask that you please contact the office and let us know what the issue at hand is and we will do our best to accommodate you. If there are any issues with the cleaner that is doing the clean, we urge you to let us know what that may be so that the proper measures are taken. Give us a call today to get a quote.
