Hi Everyone,

Today, we have an exciting announcement. We would like to try out something new.

Matt Potter and I (Katrina Potter) started Dapper Duck for a few main reasons.

1) We have been in the real estate and Airbnb space and have seen the need for quality service from start to finish. A trustworthy person to come in and take care of our home(s)/businesses. Someone that aligns with our morals and values and that gets it. To take care of it how we would take care of it. We get it, on both sides: residential and business.

2) We also started Dapper Duck, because we wanted to offer something different than what is currently available. An experience. Yesterday, I was told by a customer that they had never experienced such good customer service. Do we get it right all the time? Goodness no! But, our commitment is, we will see it through until the end. We are parents, business owners, and “jugglers of the life schedule.” We understand, that it’s a big deal to take something off your list and trust it will get done well. We want it to be a full experience, from start to finish. A gift and a card at the end, and all. Because, it is a BIG deal to trust someone with your home or business.

We thought that was our “why,” but recently, God has been asking us to do something different and we are excited to see how this blesses our community.

Each month, we will be making a post asking for nominations for our Dapper Duck Blessing. One family will be chosen each month to be the recipient of that month’s Dapper Duck Blessing. If chosen, they will have their home Deep Cleaned completely FREE.

We understand the importance of family, the importance of support, and the importance of having someone in your corner when life gets hard and unpredictable. We also understand that when life happens, the last thing you want to think about is cleaning your house… Yet, it is one of those things that makes you feel better when it’s done. Like a little hug from your home.

We have already selected our recipient for May, and will be posting June 1st for our June nominations.

As a reminder, our current areas of service are Chittenango, Cazenovia, Hamilton, Canastota, Oneida and the surrounding areas, so nominations must also live in those areas.

Looking forward to serving the community in a new way. ♥️

Last year, we had a guest stay in one of our Airbnbs and smoked ci******es inside. We had a quick turnaround until our next guests came, and we had to figure out something.

We opted for ozone treatments. If you haven’t heard of this, an ozone machine puts ozone into the space and oxidizes/breaks down the molecular structure of the odor. So it doesn’t just mask the smell, it breaks it down.

We have found it to be extremely effective, which is why we chose to offer ozone treatments as one of our add ons for odor restoration.

Whether you have a home you’re getting ready to list, an apartment that needs a reset, an Airbnb that needs a refresh, a business that is smelling stale, or a home with pets, this is a great support to you and your space.
