Today we celebrate Father’s Day and we can't let this special day pass without taking the opportunity to recognize and thank all of the fathers and father figures who make such a meaningful impact in our lives every day. From teaching us the value of hard work and perseverance to offering guidance, support, and encouragement; the lessons we learn from our dads often shape who we become both personally and professionally. We’d also like to give a special shoutout to our founder, Doug, whose leadership extends far beyond the workplace. Not only has he played an important role in the lives of his own family, but he also takes great pride in motivating our teams, encouraging growth, and inspiring all of us to be our best each day.

Taking care of our mental health doesn’t always require big changes; simple, consistent habits like getting enough rest, staying active, practicing gratitude, setting boundaries, and taking time to disconnect can make a powerful difference. Just as important is looking out for one another—checking in with a colleague, offering a listening ear, or simply showing kindness can go a long way in supporting those around us.
