Happy 1st Friday in August. Hope it is starting out to be a good month. Here is a preseason tip; Before you have to fill the fridge with school snacks and sports munchable food give the interior of the fridge a thorough cleaning (don't forget the freezer section). This is the time to remove items that you thought you might like and really didn't, if it's not usable that means it's not keepable. Only put back on the shelves those things you will use before the holiday season gets here. Clean the entire outside of the fridge as well so it is equal to the inside. A reminder of one area most people forget is the back of the refrigerator where the coils and tubes are located, this area should be cleaned every 6 months. The correct process is to unplug the appliance and use the upholstery brush attachment of the vacuum to gently remove dust and debris.
While it is unplugged is a great time to defrost the freezer and give that area a thorough disinfecting. This is the perfect time to see what was put in the freezer and forgotten (it happens and that's ok). This will give your appliance a good refresh for the Fall season.
Once this is completed you can enjoy a relaxing movie as a reward.
Of course, now would be the perfect time to grab an alcohol swab and give the remote its weekly wipe and disinfect.

Here is your freestyle Friday from AHS.

When is the last time you thought about deep cleaning your trash cans (especially the kitchen one)?
Did you know that you should disinfect your trash cans at least once a month...? Tip: Hot soapy water and a sturdy scrub brush makes this an easy task to do when it's too hot outside to think.

Bonus tip: Does your garbage disposal need some Lovin'? If normal running of the disposal doesn't seem to freshen the air, take some citrus peels and run the through the disposal with hot water and you should immediately smell the difference.

We blinked and another favorite holiday is here, yes that's right this weekend is the time to do something special for dad. Yes, dads like clean areas too.
In my experience I think dads like when someone else does the work for them, ssshhh! don't tell them we know.

Did you know that if you switch from dryer sheets to dryer balls when you dry your microfiber cleaning cloths, they won't streak the glass surfaces & mirrors when using them.

Extra information: If you use plain white vinegar in place of liquid fabric softener in the washer it helps soften the fabric and extend the usage life of the material, with no scent of vinegar left behind or any chance of chemical reactions between cleaning supplies and laundry chemicals.

If you want to shine your stainless-steel appliances and are out of polish, you can use baby oil (just a little to buff the marks out).

A better option is to treat yourself and schedule a time that we do the work for you.
