Some of our pricing here, everything based off of square footage. Feel free to Text, Call, Email, or DM with any questions or concerns. ⬇️
•Concrete - such as driveways, sidewalks, patios: $0.15 per sq. ft, (plus $0.15 per sq. ft. if a bleach mixture is needed) - Curbs $0.25 per linear ft. because of fine-tune cleaning w/ turbo nozzle
•Siding - $0.15 per square ft.
•Fence - $0.12 per square ft.
•Decks - $0.10 per square feet
•Gutters - $65-75, depending on size of house (if roof is getting done as well, gutters are only an additional $50 with the roof)
•Roofs - $0.35 per square ft. (IMPORTANT - only doing roofs if a ladder/ladders is provided, we are not able to transport ladders so this is not a service we can provide unless we are able to use customers ladders)
•Windows - $4 per pane of glass (if the panes are excessive or at higher ground levels, prices will go up) (if more than a one story building, as similar to the roofs, we will not be able to transport a ladder)
-Screen cleaning is available, discussed with window pricing

Hello! Precision 309 is a pressure washing and window cleaning service located out of Cambridge, IL, created by two lifelong friends, Aaron Gotthardt and Lucas Kessinger.
