New customers can receive their first cleaning at a rate of $40 per hour, which includes light cleaning and deep cleaning to prepare for scheduled routine cleans. Additional services include stain and hard water removal. With extensive experience in removing tough stains from shower residue and mineral deposits, hard water removal with sealing starts at $50 per hour or quote with test area. Move-out cleaning services are available for $45 per hour, including stain and hard water removal. In move out cleaning please be aware these jobs are time-consuming as they involve a thorough reset of your home or rental property. For renters most rental companies will charge you 60+ hr for their cleaners to correct. I have references and years of experience.
Water stains mineral deposits and stains removal estimates with flat rates are given only if I do a small test area first time give you to give you a quote.
