• Client Policies & Expectations •
We truly value each and every one of our clients and always want you to be happy with your service! To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here are our policies:
I. Quality Guarantee
If you notice any issues with your cleaning, please contact Liz or management within 24 hours of your service. We are always happy to return and correct any concerns free of charge at our earliest availability.
Concerns reported after 24 hours will still be considered. However, refunds are not eligible outside of the 24-hour window.
Failure to report concerns within 24 hours forfeits eligibility for any refund.
II. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your scheduled service will result in a 30% fee of the total cleaning cost.
• Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% fee of the total cleaning cost
• If we arrive and are unable to access the property, or if service is refused upon arrival, the full cleaning cost will be charged.
We understand that unexpected issues may arise and we do extend grace to our clients. However, repeated short-notice cancellations will result in fees and may lead to discontinuation of service.
III. Illness Policy
If anyone in the home is experiencing a contagious illness, please notify us as soon as possible.
We understand that sickness happens and will do our best to be flexible when given proper notice.
However, repeated last-minute cancellations due to illness may result in fees or discontinuation of services.
IV. Weather Policy
In cases of severe weather or unsafe driving conditions, we may reschedule services for the safety of our team. We will communicate as early as possible if this occurs.
If you choose to cancel due to weather, our normal cancellation policy applies unless conditions are deemed unsafe by local advisories.
These policies allow us to protect our team’s time, maintain consistent scheduling, and continue providing high-quality services to all clients.
