🚨 GEORGIA HOMEOWNERS 🚨

Before you hire any company, do this free check. Sixty seconds.

Go to sos.ga.gov and run a Business Search on the company name. What you want to see is Active/Compliance. That means a real registered LLC, current on its filings, in good standing with the state.

Administratively Dissolved means the state shut that LLC down for failing to keep up its registration. Its liability umbrella has holes in it and the owner can end up personally exposed.

Not listed at all means there may be no company there. Just a man, a truck, and a name he made up. If his work damages your home or somebody gets hurt on your property, there is no company standing behind that invoice.

A real business does the paperwork. It registers, files yearly, stays in compliance, carries insurance. That is what protects your home if something goes wrong.

Leaves, shingle grit, and standing water. That's a $5,000 fascia repair waiting to happen. We pulled all of it, flushed the downspouts, and left them flowing.

Downtown Calhoun showed OUT today. 🎸

Rocktoberfest on the square. Live music, the street full of neighbors, lawn chairs set up right in the middle of the road exactly where they belong.
