Happy Reoccurring Long-Term Guests!

When they first came last summer, I wasn’t sure I could make them happy. As I got to know them the closer we grew. They visit yearly for about 3 months during the summer. It’s not just about cleaning. Obviously you have to do a good job but you also have to build relationships with your clients. There are many aspects to making your business successful. It doesn’t happen over night & it’s a lot of work to build trust. This couple has stayed in contact while they were back home. Messaged when they were looking at a rental not in my area & contacted me the day they arrived wanting me to come clean it because it wasn’t cleaned to my standards. Did I think this would be a yearly thing when I started for them last year? No! However it’s a pleasure working for them.

I’ve learned if you take good care of your clients they will take even better care of you. 🫶🏻

I have a lot of people asking what services I provide & how much I charge. I am posting a flyer with what services I provide. Pricing is depending on the home. If it’s a deep clean, I can quote you over the phone if you know how many square feet you have. If not I will need to come look at your home. I don’t do hourly because I’m a very detailed cleaning & by charging a flat rate I don’t feel like I’m wasting your dime by cleaning on my time. I hope this helps you all understand a little better about my services & rates.
