YOU LIVE WE CLEAN - CANCELLATION AND SKIPPED CLEAN POLICY
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and skipped cleanings, You Live We Clean has implemented the following policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients.
✅48 -HOUR NOTICE REQUIRMENT
All cleanings that need to be canceled or skipped require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
* Cancellations or skipped cleanings with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
✅SKIPPED CLEANING FEE
Skipped cleanings require additional time and effort at the following appointment. As a result, the next cleaning will be adjusted as follows:
* Biweekly clients: If a scheduled cleaning is skipped, the next cleaning will be charged at the monthly rate for your home.
* Monthly clients: If a scheduled cleaning is skipped, an additional $60 will be added to your next monthly cleaning.
✅ RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your cleaning and there is availability in our calendar, no additional fee will be charged, provided the request is made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
✅ EXCEPTIONS
No cancellation or skipped cleaning fees will be applied if:
* The cleaning is missed due to You Live We Clean being ill, or
* The cleaning falls during our once-per-year scheduled vacation.
✅ACCESS WHILE YOUR AWAY
If you are traveling or will not be home during your scheduled cleaning, and you are comfortable doing so, you may:
* Provide a garage code, or
* Leave a key for entry
Your home will be securely locked upon departure.
✅ WHY THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE ?
Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, and skipped cleanings require significantly more time at the next visit. This policy allows us to continue providing high-quality, reliable service to all of our clients.
