Forty years ago, Michael Simmons developed an ambition to start his own business while a senior at Lyons Township High School. Armed only with a work ethic beyond his years, he found work-cleaning offices in his neighborhood in Brookfield. Today, Michael is the owner of Bullseye Cleaning Service Inc, which operates out of Burr Ridge & Hinsdale. Bullseye Cleaning Service simply grew from word of mo
uth as news spread about Simmons’ commitment to quality and customer service. Today, the company has 18 crews who clean more than 40 businesses throughout the suburbs. This includes a few clients that have been with Bullseye from the beginning. Bullseye Cleaning Service also offers residential services such as emergency flood control, window washing, tile floor care, wood and ceramic floor care, carpet care, and upholstery care. A $50,000 carpet machine on wheels is what Bullseye Cleaning uses to handle all the jobs that they are qualified to do. The Whenever possible, Bullseye Cleaning prefers to use natural products that are safe for the environment. Bullseye Cleaning also does professional water damage restoration along with mold control, post construction cleaning, and fire restoration. In 1988, when a major fire struck Illinois Bell in Hinsdale, leaving many suburbs without phone service, Bullseye was hired to clean up the mess. Each of Bullseye’s 20 employees must mimic the qualities that Michael credits with his company’s success. Just passing a background check is not enough. “We don’t advertise job openings. We hire only by referral, from people we know,”
Your offices and homes are safe in the hands of our workers. Simmons trains all new employees himself, teaching them the right way to do the job.
