To help keep everyone’s orders organized and ensure the fastest turnaround, I cannot accept blanket drop-offs unless they meet these requirements:

✅ Blanket(s) are placed in a bag.
✅ A completed intake questionnaire is included with the bag.

Unfortunately, if the questionnaire is not filled out or the blankets are not bagged, I will not be able to accept the order.
